All tenders must be submitted through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Physical bids are not accepted. For tender-related queries, contact tenders@opgci.gov.in or email tenders@opgci.gov.in.

All OPGCI publications, tender notices, policy documents and research papers are available for free download. Documents are published in PDF format with digital signature verification.
