Service Standards
As per our Citizen Charter, all digital services maintain defined service level agreements. Citizens may escalate unresolved matters through the Public Grievance Division or contact the Chief Public Relations Officer at cpro@opgci.gov.in.

OPGCI provides integrated citizen services aligned with the Digital India vision — enabling online grievance registration, RTI filing, document verification, feedback submission and email helpdesk support from a single platform.
