Use the form below to register your grievance. You will receive a unique Grievance Registration Number (GRN) via SMS and email within 48 hours. All grievances are monitored by the Public Grievance Division under DARPG guidelines.

Grievance Redressal Process

  1. Registration: Grievance registered with unique GRN number
  2. Acknowledgement: SMS/Email sent within 48 hours
  3. Assignment: Forwarded to concerned division within 3 working days
  4. Investigation: Preliminary enquiry within 15 working days
  5. Resolution: Action taken and citizen informed within 30 days
  6. Appeal: Unsatisfied citizens may appeal to Director General within 15 days

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my grievance?

Visit the portal and enter your GRN number on the Track Grievance page. Status updates are also sent via SMS.

What is the maximum resolution time?

As per Citizen Charter, grievances must be resolved within 30 days. Complex cases may be extended to 60 days with written intimation.

Can I file anonymously?

Anonymous grievances are accepted but tracking requires valid contact details for follow-up communication.

Citizen Grievance Redressal Commitment

Every grievance registered on the OPGCI portal receives a unique tracking ID. Resolution timelines: Level 1 — 15 days, Level 2 — 30 days, Level 3 — 45 days. Unresolved cases are escalated to the Chairman's office.
